The Kind Mind Collective offers compassionate, gentle, supportive coaching on nervous system regulation for sustainable change. Here, your mind, body, and personal narrative have the opportunity to connect in meaningful ways. Throughout this process, we utilize mindfulness techniques, parts work, somatic healing, and intuitive practices to deeply respect and honor who you are and who you are becoming. This transformative journey promotes profound growth, genuine connection, and enhanced self-understanding in a safe, nurturing, and caring space where you can feel truly at ease.
Hi, I’m Kristy —a trauma-informed coach, space holder, and lifelong student of the nervous system, the soul, and the quiet wisdom of the body.
I created The Kind Mind Collective as a gentle, intentional space where sensitive, empathetic, and heart-led humans—can reconnect with themselves fully and kindly. This is a space where all genders are seen, supported, and invited to explore what healing looks like outside of outdated expectations and for those who’ve felt unseen in traditional healing spaces. My work honors your whole story without pathologizing it and supports your growth with compassion, not pressure.
With over 15 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor, I offer an integrative approach that blends somatic coaching, Brainspotting, parts work, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness. I’m a Certified Brainspotting Provider, Certified Safe & Sound Protocol Practitioner, and Certified Compassionate Bereavement Specialist. I also have a passion for animal-assisted healing and nature-based practices.
While I deeply love and respect the power of traditional therapy, I also know that some people don’t feel called to that model—and that’s okay. Many are looking for a supportive guide without entering a clinical relationship. Coaching offers the freedom to meet you where you are, especially when insurance limitations or diagnostic requirements restrict the kind of integrative, forward-focused work I’m passionate about offering.
This work is my calling because I know what it’s like to live in survival mode, carry invisible wounds, and crave a gentler way forward. I believe in creating a gentle, safe, and sacred healing space.
This is not about fixing—it’s about remember, reclaiming and reconnecting.
Giving Back
Healing work is community work.
A portion of the proceeds from The Kind Mind Collective’s coaching, retreats, and workshops will be donated to local nonprofits and community-based organizations that align with our values—compassion, collective care, animal welfare, and accessible healing.
Each offering will highlight a different cause: supporting trauma survivors, funding therapeutic programs at animal sanctuaries, or contributing to grassroots mental health efforts. By participating in these experiences, you’re not just investing in your growth—you’re helping ripple kindness and support into the wider world.
